Standing Sushi Bar

Howard mentioned briefly, a while ago, that he was thinking of opening a standing sushi bar. And he did just that — he opened Standing Sushi Bar. It’s a sushi restaurant, located in the heart of the business district, where you can grab good sushi in the midst of your hectic work day. There are no chairs, and only some will be taken out during dinner.
I went to the opening day with Jussi and Andrew, and bumped into other people there, like my old uni mate, Peishan.
Clare and I had a feast that night, asking the chef to bring out the specials. The Hokkaido crab sushi with mentaiko sauce was DELICIOUS! I told Howard that he’ll be seeing a lot of Clare and I there ‘cos we both love eating sushi, especially the kiddo.
Clare was Howard’s first child customer!

It’s funny. I was looking at the photo with Clare and am now thinking about trying to create a “family special” for Saturdays. Create a new sushi generation! :) Thanks again for coming down to the restaurant!
