My sister took this picture of me today. When I looked at this, it made me pause for a while, because I look like I’ve aged so much in this photo. Not that I’ve ever had a really youthful face but oh my, I look so worn in this photo. And for once, it hit me, I really am not young anymore.

well some tips: hairdo and make up makes a big difference! it also lends u a big ego boost.
and to be happy of course.(i visibly aged during times of big big emotional stress). but good thing is,the body and skin kicks back pretty fast, so plenty of endorphins!
