5D MkII

Guess who got a new toy? The one actually using the camera. Not the one reading the manual.

I am a very lucky girl. In a hop, skip and a heartbeat, I laid my hands on this beautiful, beautiful piece of machinery. I’m actually feeling so much in awe of it, and am now questioning if I am even worthy of it in the first place. After all, it’s predecessor has served me well and I don’t think I’ve maximised it’s every single function. (In fact, I actually forgot the number of megapixels the 5D had. Shame! Shame!)

It’s early days yet, but am sure the MkII and I will become firm friends and will embark on the many adventures that 2009 brings. In the meantime, I’m just going to bask in it’s tech glory and count my lucky stars for being bestowed this wonderful gift.


Clare and I will only smile for the MkII.
