Clare was quite ambivalent towards the baby yesterday. I thought she’d be upset that I was carrying her, but she just stared at the baby, then continued playing with her balloon.
Our family welcomed another new addition yesterday — Kaitlin, my cousin’s second daughter. We visited her when she was just a few hours old, which explains the milia and crusty hair. I’m envious that she’s got a nice head of hair, like her elder sister’s. Her birth weight is almost the same as Clare’s and it brought back fond memories of carrying infant Clare when I was carrying Kaitlin yesterday. *swoon*
Baby hands are the cutest and softest.
