MacBerry Tiger
Posted on 12.03.07 to Product Reviews, Technology by JoanI love my BlackBerry. The interface bothered me a little when I first got it because the fonts weren’t very pretty and the default theme was boring. I guess this stems from being a Mac user, spoiled by the really cool industrial design that Apple churns out every so often. But other than that, the BlackBerry serves me well and it feeds my need to be online.
I love how I can hop onto Google Maps to find directions easily. Or how I can catch up with friends via chat when I’m sitting around, waiting for things to happen. And my RSS feeds are a godsend for me to catch up on news, when I’m not in front of my Mac.
So when I stumbled upon the MacBerry Tiger theme (from Bplay) mentioned in BlackBerry Cool (also in my RSS feeds), I just had to get it. It was really cute (it’s like a mini Mac on my BB) and it costs just USD6.99.
With a few clicks on my BlackBerry (ran into a bit of downloading problems initially), I was soon kitted out with this really snazzy theme which has now gotten my husband considering getting a BlackBerry too.
