Home Alone & Running
Posted on 09.20.07 to Personal by JoanI took the train home yesterday. I can’t recall when the last time was, when I took the train. In fact, I was afraid that my EZ Link card expired or something. Was at a networking event which ended early, and the husband took the car to get dinner and Clare.
The train ride was alright, can’t say I missed it much. It was nice though, that I was only three stops away from home. And the walk home from the train station was a nice warm-up for the run I went on later with the trusty BlackBerry (my iPod was in the car!).
It felt funny, coming home alone to an empty house (save for two hungry dogs). But it was a welcome reprieve from the daily hustle and bustle of life.
