Moonberrilicious!
Posted on 04.20.07 to Personal, Travels by JoanI met Irene today. She’s such an adorable woman, who is SO FRIENDLY, SO HELPFUL and OH SO VERY NICE. She took us (Gillian, James and myself) out for lunch today and we’ll be eternally grateful to her for bringing us to this uber delicious ramen place (after eating crap food for the past few days).
I am unbelievably fat faced! ARGH!
She later guided us to Grand Central station (absolutely beautiful and surreal) and told us to give her a ring later to settle dinner plans.
We met up again for Thai, this time bringing Wendy and Rosalyn. We had such a fabulous time chatting and getting to know her better. Ros and Wendy couldn’t believe that this was just the first day Irene and I met! I’m so glad that we met up. She, Irene, is such a fabulous person and so warm – the perfect remedy for working in this cold city. :)
P.S., Did I mention that she’s also very, very talented?
